TR A320 Captain – CCQ to A330

• Position: A320 Captain - CCQ to A330
• Base of Operation: several
• Contract base: Nearest International Airport (NIA)
• Date of Commencement: To be determined

• JAA / FAA / ICAO / EASA CPL/ATPL
• Valid Class 1 Medical
• Radio Telephony License or an endorsement on the flight crew member’s license
• Valid A330 type rating
• ICAO English proficiency level 4 or higher
• No history of accidents/incidents due to the pilot’s gross negligence
• Minimum of 5000 hours total time
• Minimum of 1000 hours as PIC on type
• 3 reference letters

Training: all type-rating, recurrency, simulator checks, medicals and associated travel arranged and paid by the airline

Roster:
-    Non-commuting crew: 8 weeks ON – 2 weeks OFF
45 off-duty days per calendar year (pro-rated), taken in up to 4 blocks

-    Commuting crew: 8 weeks ON – 3 weeks OFF
No separate paid leave, rest built into the pattern

RwandAir will bond the pilot in time. After 3 years of service, no repayment obligation remains. Should the pilot leave the company before completion of the 3 years period, the remaining balance shall be repayable.
